A new litter from a new member breeder!
Congratulations to Sabine Gründken and Kennel Retromopszucht vom Ammoniten to this lovely litter, born the 9. April 2022! <3 Mother is Celeste von den Herzenshunden and father is Sunny Boy von Magic of Dreams.

IRPCs third litter!
Kennel Retromopszucht von den Herzenshunden got its D-litter on the 26. September 2021, which was IRPCs third litter! Mother Ghana whelped quickly and effortlessly as earlier and this time she got seven puppies. The father of the litter is Bosse von Holstein’s Lilliputs. One of the puppies got the same color as her father – platinum, one is apricot, four black, and one black-and-tan. The black-and-tan puppy was a complete surprise, since none of the owners of the parents knew that their dogs were at-carriers!

IRPCs second litter!
Kennel Pug Dog Passion got its first litter on the 29th of June 2021, which is the second in the IRPC. Leni, Old German Pug, and Frank, F2 Retro Pug, got three puppies, two males and one female. All three puppies have the same color as Leni, stone gray fawn. Below, the three puppies in the order they were born: 1. Ask, 2. Birk, 3. Embla. Below them, the parents Leni and Frank.

IRPCs first litter!
The International Retro Pug Club is happy to announce that it got its first litter on the 15th of August 2020. It was the F1 bitch Ghana, owned by Nina Tissen, Retromopszucht von den Herzenshunden, who got six puppies, five females and one male. Two of the puppies are chocolate colored and four are black. Below the puppies a photo of Ghana with her litter is seen and beside her Schiwago, the father of the litter.

IRPC Sweden: health tests of Pugs intended for breeding
The IRPC Sweden section is currently developing a cooperation with two veterinary clinics. At one of them the Swedish Retro Pug breeders will check spine (CT-scan), hips and elbows (X-ray) and patella. At the other clinic we will do the Cambridge exercise test. Of course all IRPC breeders are welcome to do the tests there. More information about this will follow.
